Karishma Salvi
Business HeadKarishma Salvi is the Business Head at Madrigal Studios, with over 12 years of experience in the entertainment industry. She began her career as a Creative Producer for reality shows, later moving into roles as a Social Media Content Manager and Marketing Manager for feature films, gaining extensive experience across both creative and business functions.
At Madrigal Studios, she leads business development and oversees post-production services, including VFX, dubbing, and sound. She works closely with directors, producers, DOPs, post producers, post-production heads, and executive producers, understanding their creative and technical requirements while delivering the best post-production solutions.
In today's competitive market, Karishma focuses on building strong client relationships by showcasing Madrigal Studios' commitment to quality, timely delivery, and creative excellence. Passionate about the industry, she is dedicated to driving business growth and ensuring every project meets the highest standards. She holds an MBA from Pune University and brings additional experience in dramas and content writing.
Ajith Nair

Drishti Sangani

Her experience spans the entertainment, luxury, and aviation industries, giving her a unique perspective on leadership and business management. At Sangani Brothers Motion Pictures, Drishti gained hands-on experience in film production, developing a comprehensive understanding of production workflows, project execution, and the collaborative processes behind bringing stories to life.
Drishti also brings extensive experience from her jewellery business, where she developed expertise in operations, client relations, and the commercial dynamics of the luxury sector. She earned a Diploma in Gemstones and Diamonds from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), strengthening her technical knowledge of the industry.
A trained professional private pilot, Drishti embodies the discipline, decisiveness, and attention to detail that define her leadership philosophy.
